Medela Recycles Program Benefits RMHC with New Breast Pumps

Medela Recycles

August is National Breastfeeding Month. This month, Medela has given us two things to celebrate! Medela introduced the program Medela Recycles to ease the stress on nursing mothers staying at Ronald McDonald House. The program is "focused on helping moms who have finished their breastfeeding journey help another mom start hers."

Medela Recycles

Every pump received through the Medela Recyles program "supports the donation of new hospital-grade, multi-use breastpumps and supplies to Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC®). The goal is to provide moms with the same high-quality equipment they use at the hospital during their stay at Ronald McDonald House. This consistency will ease the transition from the hospital to Ronald McDonald House and give families caring for a baby in the NICU one less thing to worry about."

Find out how you can recycle your pump through Medela Recycles to support and comfort another mom during a challenging time.

To celebrate this special partnership, Medela and Forty Weeks have been donating brand new hospital grade breast pumps to Ronald McDonald Houses across the country.

We were lucky to host a group of wonderful representatives, moms, and blogers at an event where we received two Medela breast pumps!
