Overview
Care Kits are thoughtfully assembled to provide families with quick, easy access to snacks, drinks, and small comforts as they travel between the House and the hospital to be with their child. These kits are designed for convenience during busy and emotional moments and are always appreciated by the families we serve.
*All donated items must be new to ensure the health and safety of our guest families. Because we serve a medically vulnerable population, we are only able to accept new, unused items. We appreciate your understanding and support.
You are also welcome to explore our Mindful Giving links below, which feature a curated list of daily-need items for both Houses. When an item is selected for purchase, it is shipped directly to the respective House, making it a simple and meaningful way to provide ongoing support. A donation receipt will be sent via email or mail following your purchase. Thank you in advance for making a difference!

Assembly Guidelines
Is there a preferred number of kits to assemble for each drop-off period?
Yes. Please assemble a maximum of 75 kits of any one type. If you would like to donate more, please include a variety of kit types. For more details and examples, please refer to our Care Kit Guide (button above).
How many items should be included in each kit?
Please include a total of 8-10 suggested items in each kit.
Can we share photos of our group assembling or dropping off the kits?
We love receiving photos of your group assembling or dropping off Care Kits and may share them as a shoutout on our social media channels. If you’d like to send pictures, please email them to Community and Volunteer Engagement Manager, Hannah Morgan, at [email protected].
If I am seeking volunteer service hours, can I bring my form to be signed when I deliver the kits?
No. Please email [email protected] directly to request a Volunteer Verification Letter. Our on-site staff are unable to sign service hour forms.
