When the need arose for RMHCDC to hire a consulting firm for governance support, we were lucky to work with Raffa, PC. A Partner at Raffa, PC, Julie Jones had previously served as a Board Member and Wish Grantor for the Make A Wish Foundation. Because the welfare of sick children and their families is dear to Julie’s heart, she pursued a leadership role with RMHCDC that would extend her time to serve these deserving families.
Throughout her years on our Board, Julie has encouraged her firm to become more involved with the charity through creation of a Red Shoe 5k team and a company-wide annual Denim Day benefiting the families served by RMHCDC.
When Julie became the RMHCDC Board Chair, she asked her company to step up their commitment along with her own.
It was easy for Raffa to say yes to a Caring Partnership because of the firm’s commitment to supporting the community and the causes their employees support.
Raffa fulfills its mission to be a catalyst for positive systemic change by helping nonprofit clients like RMHCDC make their impact in the community. Raffa’s motto is “DO MORE” and they want to provide the community with assistance so they can DO MORE!
