Maddie was born with heart disease, lung disease, and epilepsy.

She was so sick, she couldn’t leave the hospital for five months.

Her mom, Dianne, didn’t want to leave Maddie’s side.

Then Dianne found out about Ronald McDonald House, and how friends like you provide a loving place for moms like her. Dianne says she wept as she left the hospital. But when she got to the House, everything changed. She says:

“It was hard leaving the hospital without my baby. But there’s such an air of love in the House. It was overwhelming to see how people care about us and they don’t even know us. You’re amazing people and you have the biggest hearts.”
