Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I change core volunteer positions or participate in multiple?

Yes! Our Core Opportunities are in no way meant to be restrictive of your various talents and interests. You can sign up for different opportunities each shift if you choose. We only ask that if you sign up for a different opportunity, you are willing and able to complete the required tasks.

How flexible is scheduling?

Thanks to our new volunteer system you can freely sign up for available shifts after completing the required documentation and training to be a volunteer. You may also cancel shifts through this software as needed.

How far in advance do I have to schedule or cancel a shift?

Available shifts will appear until a week before the date of the shift. You will not be able to cancel a shift any later than 24 hours prior to the shift. If you need to cancel within this 24-hour period, please email Adelaide Birgenheier  [email protected].
