Kymberly Wolff
Kymberly Wolff is the President and CEO of Ronald McDonald House® Washington, DC, a role she has held since November 2021. Wolff’s journey with RMH began early in her life, from working her first job as a McDonald’s crew member to volunteering with RMH for ten years while residing in Atlanta. Her deep connection with RMH has been a significant part of her life and career.
With over 25 years of leadership experience in the global and national nonprofit sector, Wolff is known for her collaborative and results-driven approach. She is dedicated to driving transformative growth, removing barriers, strengthening families, and promoting healing.
Under her leadership, Ronald McDonald House® Washington, DC has seen a remarkable impact, including:
- An 11% year-over-year rise in Ronald McDonald House occupancy rates.
- A 60% increase in the number of children served.
- A 600% year-over-year increase in McDonald’s crew volunteerism.
- Over 10,000 meals provided to families served by RMHDC.
Wolff’s strategic and innovative methods include securing pro bono data analysis of over 147,000 records from more than three decades. This analysis will uncover hidden relationships, improve forecasting accuracy, and inform actionable strategies, significantly enhancing the effectiveness of RMHDC programs.
Before joining RMHDC, Wolff led organizational restructuring, developed organizational capacity models for program acceleration and expansion, and fostered cross-sector partnerships involving Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies.
Wolff’s career in the global nonprofit sector includes leading international development teams at Habitat for Humanity International and CARE. Her work focused on saving lives, eradicating poverty, providing disaster relief and recovery, improving livelihoods, and empowering communities through access and opportunity.
Kymberly Wolff’s visionary leadership and strategic insight have been instrumental in advancing the mission of RMHDC and achieving significant milestones in family-centered healthcare and community support.

Meera Pillai
Meera has served on the Board for six years, contributing in multiple leadership roles across the Development and Governance Committees. She also chaired the annual Red Shoe 5K for three years, RMHDC’s signature fundraising event.
She joined the Board with a strong commitment to making a meaningful philanthropic impact in the local community. Over time, she has been especially inspired by the many family stories that reflect the support and care provided through the organization, which continue to motivate her service.
